Budget Resources

Please note that the school district budget development process is dynamic, so it is expected that figures will change until the school board approves the budget. This can sometimes mean that a number and/or statement in a earlier presentation may become inaccurate if it was updated in a subsequent presentation or posting on the budget website.

Spreadsheets and Reports

Notes

  • Documents are date stamped, contain the most current data, and should replace any previous versions.
  • The document titled "FTE Added in Early May (5.9.2026)" includes those positions that have been added as a result of the additional state Special Education revenue to schools and the Adult Education department (also includes adjustments to other revenue sources).
  • The document titled "FTE Change FY26 to FY27 (5.9.2026)" includes a comparison by school and department of every position funded in the current year (FY26) and those proposed for next year (FY27). The positions for a school or department are listed below its name. Departments are further grouped by the division and sub-division-level and schools are sorted by group name, which aligns to associate superintendent portfolio assignment.
