- The document titled "FTE Added in Early May (5.9.2026)" includes those positions that have been added as a result of the additional state Special Education revenue to schools and the Adult Education department (also includes adjustments to other revenue sources).
- The document titled "FTE Change FY26 to FY27 (5.9.2026)" includes a comparison by school and department of every position funded in the current year (FY26) and those proposed for next year (FY27). The positions for a school or department are listed below its name. Departments are further grouped by the division and sub-division-level and schools are sorted by group name, which aligns to associate superintendent portfolio assignment.
